Engineer Intern
After completing a preparatory course for the grandes écoles in Physics and Chemistry, Loane enrolled at the École des Mines d'Albi, specialising in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Agri-Food Processes.
During her studies, she undertook a four-month research placement at the University of Palermo in Sicily, where she studied the antioxidant properties of polyphenols extracted from the Phillyrea latifolia shrub.
Wishing to gain further experience in the field of innovation and the sustainable use of natural resources, Loane chose to undertake her final-year internship at DareWinEvolution. There, she is putting her scientific skills and her interest in developing sustainable solutions to good use, whilst deepening her knowledge of industrial biotechnology and applied microbiology.
